Shifting into ease: Creating what we want in our day-to-day

A holistic program to supports us in practicing how we want to be in our lives by providing is a personalised practice for use in your daily life and the support and tools to shift from practice to habit. I’ve developed it out of my years of teaching, coaching, practice, study and research, from understanding what we really need to do to enact real shifts in our lives (on all its levels). This program creates these practices for ongoing use, in ways that are more accessible, affordable and that you can weave transformation into your day-to-day.

This program includes:

  1. A 60 minute one-on-one zoom consultation with me, where we explore and clarify what it is you’re seeking more of in your life

  2. A personalised guided audio practice created specifically for you from this consultation that weaves in your goals, integrates all parts of our habits, and fits into your lifestyle (that includes words, music and binaurals)

  3. A co-created plan to use the practice daily within the things you already do, without it being yet another to-do on the list

  4. A short ebook about habit formation and change

  5. Six weeks of text-based accountability support from me

  6. A 30 minute follow up zoom call where we assess your experience of the six weeks

A bit about me, your facilitator

I have a Masters in Social Work, a PhD in Somatics, and certifications in embodiment coaching and perinatal mental health. I started the PhD after my first son was born, because this work mattered to me that much. I wanted to understand how to make somatic practices more accessible. How to help people listen to the cues their bodies are always sending, the ones most of us have gotten very good at ignoring.

But credentials only tell part of it. The other part is fourteen years of motherhood. Three children. And ongoing practice of all of this in my own life.

I still feel anxious at times. I still get it wrong. I still have moments where I lose my centre and have to come back. And I have built the capacity to do that coming back. That's what I bring to this work. Not having figured it out. Being someone who keeps practising it.

A few things I hear from women considering this work.

"I don't have time for one more thing."

I get it. Pregnancy is already full. So is early motherhood. This work isn't designed to live on top of your life. It's designed to live inside it. Small practices that fit into the moments you already have. Live calls as the anchor. And the membership is month-to-month, so you stay only as long as it's actually serving you.

"I should be able to do this on my own."

You can. And it's harder alone. Most of what gets in our way, the perfectionism, the people-pleasing, the impossible standards, was built in relationship to other people. It softens in relationship to other people too. That's a big part of why this is a group.

"I'm not sure I'm the right fit."

If you're high-achieving, hard on yourself, anxious, and reading prenatal information at midnight to try to feel more prepared, you're probably the right fit. If you're looking for a typical prenatal class with birth positions and breastfeeding mechanics, this isn't that. And that's okay. Plenty of good options for that exist.
