A holistic program to supports us in practicing how we want to be in our lives by providing is a personalised practice for use in your daily life and the support and tools to shift from practice to habit. I’ve developed it out of my years of teaching, coaching, practice, study and research, from understanding what we really need to do to enact real shifts in our lives (on all its levels). This program creates these practices for ongoing use, in ways that are more accessible, affordable and that you can weave transformation into your day-to-day.

This program includes:

  1. A 60 minute one-on-one zoom consultation with me, where we explore and clarify what it is you’re seeking more of in your life

  2. A personalised guided audio practice created specifically for you from this consultation that weaves in your goals, integrates all parts of our habits, and fits into your lifestyle (that includes words, music and binaurals)

  3. A co-created plan to use the practice daily within the things you already do, without it being yet another to-do on the list

  4. A short ebook about habit formation and change

  5. Six weeks of text-based accountability support from me

  6. A 30 minute follow up zoom call where we assess your experience of the six weeks
