A 7 day challenge
To Increase Calm and Resilience
when life feels busy, stressful and exhausting
Upcoming challenge dates:
September 16-22, 2024
Summer vacation is over.
As labour day arrives, we settle back into the routines. Work. School. All the pieces of the day-to-day.
If that day-to-day leaves you feeling stressed, overwhelmed or running on empty, I’d love to invite you to join our upcoming Calm and Resilience Challenge.
For a week, you’ll bookend your days with short and simple guided practices that you can weave into your existing activities. These practices are designed to support nervous system regulation and experiences of embodied groundedness, calm and capacity. With the support of a virtual group container, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate calmer and more resilient patterns and habits within your busy life. By deepening these patterns in our lives as they’re lived, we open the door for more ease, vitality and gratitude.
Are you ready to take the challenge and see what a difference weaving 20 minutes into your day can make?
How does the challenge work?
For 7 days, you’ll listen to a short guided audio practice twice a day: in the morning and in the evening
Each practice is under 10 minutes and is designed to be listened to as you go about your daily activities - you don’t need to find or make extra space in your day for the practices
Before the challenge begins, you’ll decide when and how you’ll listen to the daily practices. We’ll support you in coming up with something that is going to work for you
When you join the challenge, you’ll be invited into a private facebook group for all challenge participants. It’s in this private group that you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions, share challenges and wins, and receive support from the facilitator
At the end of the week, you’ll be invited to a group call. The call is optional and relaxed and will offer you a chance to share your experiences and set yourself up for future success
Cost:
$25 USD
