How does it work?
Creating transformation isn’t something that we do once - we need to carve new grooves in our lives to move away from the familiar old grooves. We need to carve those grooves in our actual lives. Sure, practice spaces, retreats, and sessions with coaches and therapists can all help us have more awareness and more choice but the familiar grooves are so easy and automatic, we need the new grooves to feel easy and rewarding.
Most of what we do is automatic: behaviours, movements, thoughts, and emotions that we’ve repeated and repeated until they become habits. Habits aren’t just behaviour - they are how we think, feel and act. And we have to carve new grooves on all levels.

This practice is the exact length that works in your life (from 5-30+ minutes) and will be used during an activity you already do
A co-created plan to use the practice daily within the things you already do, without it being yet another to-do on the list
Ongoing accountability support for 6 weeks (that is decided upon together for a frequency and modality that works for you)
A 30 minute follow up zoom call where we assess your experience of the six weeks
